Prayer for children who need help in school:

Jesus, you made each child beautiful and with gifts.

Help each child see themselves the way You see them today. I pray that You’ll sit next to the ones who sit alone and that they’ll feel You are there.

I pray that You’ll help the ones who need help remembering important things, paying attention, or calming down.

Help the teachers. Please give them patience and hearts for the ones who need extra. Bless them for all they do.

I pray that You’d make today special and extra good for the baby lambs who need help today.

Protect them, guide them, encourage them. Help to see that they have a place at the table and gifts the world needs. Help them to eat their lunch even if it contains unsanctioned produce.

In Jesus’ name, amen.
